I am extremely pleased with my choice of booking. The experience was fabulous from check-in to check-out! All staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well stocked. Housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, and thorough, with very high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. The hotel is conveniently located in the Haymarket area of Edinburgh and is within walking distance of local facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely make a return visit as I was very impressed.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Everything about the room was great, we had no issues. Our view in the premium room was amazing. The only thing I would like to mention is that I requested for the room to be done up for a birthday as this was a surprise for my partner. Upon our arrival there was no decorations in the room. I didn’t even ask for champagne or anything so I don’t know what happened or if this was maybe forgotten? I didn’t mention anything during my stay as I didn’t want to cause issues during his birthday getaway, but I was quite disappointed. We tried out the restaurant on our last day there. The lasagne was one of the best I had, and our server (he had blonde hair and glasses, we didn’t ask for his name) was very helpful and kind ☺️.

The hotel room won’t let you down. It’s extremely clean and tidy. You can always enjoy a hot and comfortable shower. Staff are polite and helpful especially in terms of arranging taxi service. The breakfast has a lot of choices and nice coffee is offered without extra charge.

Could not fault in away. Reception staff fantastic. Rooms immaculate. Probably the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Hotel is very modern and clean. Close to Haymarket railway station. Bus stop directly outside. Only short walk to Princesses Street
